CMI FPE LTD – formerly known as Flat Products Equipments India Ltd was acquired by the Belgian Group CMI (Cockerill Maintenance & Ingénierie) in 2008. The principal activities of the company comprise manufacturing and installation of cold rolling mills complexes, processing lines, chemical processes, thermal processes and automation equipments for ferrous and non-ferrous industries Worldwide.
CMI FPE has excellent workshops at Taloja (25,000 m2) and Silvassa(28,000 m2) that handle equipments up to 150 MTS. These units are extremely well equipped with modern state of the art machineries and Assembly activities conforming to high quality standards.
CMI FPE has placed orders on us for Michelin’s Tyre Manufacturing Factory coming up at Chennai for Rubber Mixing Unit Equipment like Technological Structures, Elevators & Drums.

Carmeuse Majan LLC, a joint venture company led by Belgium-based Carmeuse Holding SA, is setting up the project in the Salalah Free Zone with an investment of around US$180m. A total of eight kilns, each with a lime capacity of 125,000t/yr, are envisioned as part of the project.
