Mrs. Meenakshi started her career with Diamond Group. Her sheer dedication and hard work has helped her grow with the organization. Now, she has been designated as the Sr. Vice President for Procurement. Her strengths lie in maintaining a good relationship with all suppliers and tough negotiation skills—a key factor for minimizing inventory costs. With clarity and a positive attitude, she has contributed a great deal in the company’s quest for success.

As the key member of senior management and as the Vice President-Operations, Mr. J. Kamalraj has climbed the ladder of success through his earnestness and allegiance towards achievement of the Group's objectives. He performs his duties with utmost dedication and perseverance till he attains perfection in all his endeavors. His responsibilities include Planning/Allocation of Resources, Client interaction and acts as an interface between employees and top management. He also performs the key role of Management Representative for ISO 9001:2008 certification for quality management.

Constantly updating himself with the emerging technological trends in steel fabrication, Mr. N.G.Thirunavukarasu, Sr. Vice President for Projects brings out highly innovative solutions for the overall growth of the organization. He is forever on the look-out for measures to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs by acquisition of latest machinery, giving the Group a cutting edge advantage over others. He is also responsible for the Infrastructure development and Expansion of the Diamond group.

Proficient and conversant with all aspects of the manufacturing processes, Mr. S. Shanmugasundaram has nearly 22 years of work experience including 5 yrs at Autoparts & Accessories as QC Engineer & NDT specialist, and 3 yrs at Dual Erectors as Production Manager. At Diamond Group, he is designated as the Vice President for supervising Surface Finishing and Packing and coordinating despatches too. He ensures compliance of all quality specifications for blasting/painting, including packing specifications.

Ms. S. Sudha is the true personification of unfailing loyalty and dedication in performing her tasks as a Vice President-EXIM, and leaves no stone unturned in implementing cost cutting measures too. She also oversees the painting, labelling and packing activities for the organization in addition to handling the functions of the Exim Department, which proves her multitasking skills. Being extremely well organized and efficient in her work has gained her prominence in the company ranks.

Mr. Jeeva Sebasteen, as Vice President – Projects, executes the responsibilities of Project Management with elan and confidence. With excellent communication skills, he plays a vital role as an interface between Diamond Group and its customers. His 17 years of work experience includes 1.5 years as QC Supervisor with L&T ECC group, 3.5 years as a Production Supervisor with Moses & Moses Engineers, and 1 year apprenticeship as a draughtsman prior to joining Diamond Group.

Innovative and Dedicated with Meticulous in Detailing Mr.Satish Kumar Started his Career with Diamond group. As a Graduate from Annamalai University he joined Diamond Group in 2001 as a Production Engineer and through his Detailed Working Methodology he Currently Heads Production Planning And Control. He expertise in Handling all type of Power Plant, Cement Plant, Mining, Tunneling, Steel Plant, Oil & Gas, Shipping and Automobile Structural Steels & Construction Equipments.

Calm and composed, Ms. C. Hemalatha performs the role of Head- Human Resources with ease, and is responsible for recruiting the best in the industry. She is dedicated to proper implementation of the HR Policies. With her focus on improving the skills of the workforce, she provides smart solutions to all HR requirements when the need arises. Conducting Induction & Training programs for Safety Awareness also constitutes her job functions.

Dedicated and Determined With Sincere efforts Mr.G. Rajakumar Started his Career with Diamond Group as Purchase Assistant in 1995. A highly qualified Mathematic Graduate with over 18 years of experience in Procurement; passionate professional with thorough knowledge of supply chain management with an excellent ability to develop healthy relationships with vendors and suppliers. His Talent to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment while remaining completely focused on the job.

Calm and Collected Approach towards his work, Mr.J. Vijayarajan Has Nearly 13 years of Experience including 5 years in PVC pipe manufacturing industry as a production Engineer. At Diamond Group, he is designated as a Senior Manager, Planning. He Handles all enquiries Related to bulk material handling machines by scheduling, planning and forecasting. He also coordinates with the customers for the sleek association.

Effervescent and dynamic, Mr. R. Sivanandham is quite capable of overcoming all challenges while expediting projects to ensure compliance with delivery schedules. Having Joined Diamond Group as Quality Control Assistant in 1999 and by his Thorough Reviewing of Reports and Project Follow ups he has been assigned the task of Project Management, considering his inherent talent of taking a methodical approach to problem solving, interpersonal skills and a head for numbers.
