Mr. P. Mohanraj is the founder of Diamond Group that is today renowned for its advanced fabrication processes and cutting-edge technology. As the Chairman and Managing Director, he defines the roadmap for the company’s growth and innovation, and has played a strategic role in projecting the Group as one of the premier fabrication companies, globally.

 
After graduation, as a Mechanical Engineer from Anna University, he started his career with India’s Engineering giant in Electrical Equipments - BHEL. By reling on his 8 to 9 years of professional working experience with BHEL, he went on to embark upon transforming the Diamond Group into one of India’s largest fabrication units. With his exemplary leadership skills, emphasis on providing qualitative services, work ethics, benevolence towards employee upliftment and philanthropic initiatives for social welfare, he has set an extraordinary example that few can emulate.

Bringing together and motivating a competent team effectively towards a common goal is the Deputy Managing Director of Diamond Group - Mr. P. Danaraj, a Postgraduate in diverse fields like Economics, Commerce and Business Administration from Annamalai University.

He is also an Associate member in the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. With outstanding academic records and past experience, he is well versed in all aspects, particularly, Finance and Accounts, HRD, Taxation, Materials and Project Management. His areas of responsibilities include Corporate Finance, T axation, Infrastructure Expansion and Modernization of Diamond Group.
